At Doggy Hampers we want our customers to be happy. If you purchase a product that you are not happy with, then please contact us directly at support@doggyhampers.com.
Items returned for exchange purposes must be returned to Doggy Hampers in original and unused condition.
Doggy Hampers will not be responsible for any products chewed or destroyed by your pet.
Doggy Hampers will accept exchanges for up to 14 days from the purchase date.
The customer will be responsible for the postage cost associated with the return. Due to this added cost we strongly advise our customers to pay particular attention to sizing guides to ensure you are purchasing the correct size for your dog.
If your exchange is accepted, we will resend you the item from our stock. If there is no more stock available you will be notified and will have the option to select another product that is in stock or accept a refund for the purchased goods.
Refunds
Doggy Hampers have only partnered with reputable dog brands to ensure our customers are receiving a premium product. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty then please contact us directly at support@doggyhampers.com. Please provide us with a photograph of the item and a description of it’s fault so that we can advise our suppliers.
Refunds will only be accepted within 14 days of the purchase date and will be considered on a case by case basis.
